This method with real-time feedback and motivation, will help you stay on track. It's a great option for both beginners and experienced athletes. Sessions can be held via Zoom or Facetime.
05 - Bodybuilding and Physique Coaching
Bodybuilding and physique coaching focuses on helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through tailored training and nutrition plans. I will create a workout program design that is a structured plan detailing exercises, sets, reps, and rest tailored to an individual's fitness level preferences. It includes training, cardio, flexibility work for balanced routine. Following a well-designed program helps track progress and adjust for continued challenges and goal achievement. I can create programs for any length of time for you to do on your own time to reach your fitness goals.
